 Is not always a bad thing or always a good thing. Did yo know when the rain come down it means happiness for every plant in the world. It is also nice when it is sunny because the plants get warm ness. The rain is good for every body except people who do not like the rain. Do you like the Sun or the rain? In the poor part of Africa I think everyone wants the rain because they don't have any clean water. Never go to a place where their has been really bad weather like a great Hurricane.
